A booking page that auto-generates a video link removes one more email from the loop, confirm the meeting, get the link, done. The question is not which video tool is best in the abstract, it is which one your clients already have installed and comfortable with, because the best meeting link is the one nobody has to think about.
Google Meet
The default choice if you already run on Google Calendar, since the link is generated as part of the same connection with no separate setup. Meet works entirely in the browser, which matters for one-off client calls where you cannot assume the other person has any particular app installed.
Zoom
Still the most recognized name for external meetings, especially with clients over 40 or outside tech. If your audience already has muscle memory for clicking a Zoom link specifically, connecting Zoom under Integrations gets you a real meeting created automatically on every booking, alongside or instead of Meet.
Microsoft Teams
The right default if your clients are themselves inside Microsoft 365 shops, agencies, enterprise procurement, anyone whose own calendar already lives in Outlook. Connecting Microsoft 365 gets you Teams links the same way, and if you also sync Outlook Calendar, it is one connection covering both.
You are not locked into one
Schedulera lets you connect more than one and choose per session type, so a Discovery Call can default to Zoom while an internal Team Meeting defaults to Teams. See the full list on Integrations, or start free and connect whichever your next client actually uses.
