Add your Schedulera booking page to a Webflow site

Webflow has no Schedulera app to install, and none is needed: its Embed element runs the same snippet Schedulera gives you for any website.

How do I add my Schedulera booking page to a Webflow site?

Copy the inline snippet from a Schedulera session type's Share & Embed tab, paste it into a Webflow Embed element on your page, then publish the site.

Steps

Copy your snippet from Schedulera
Open the session type's Share & Embed tab and copy the inline snippet (a div and a script tag), or the popup button snippet if you'd rather open booking in an overlay.

Add an Embed element in Webflow
In the Webflow Designer, open the Add panel, drag an Embed element onto the section where booking should appear, and paste the snippet into the code editor that opens.

Save and publish
Save the embed, then publish the site. The Designer canvas may show an empty box, so check the booking calendar on the published page rather than inside the Designer.

Optional: use a native Webflow button for the popup
Instead of the snippet's button, select any Webflow button, add a custom attribute named data-schedulera-popup with the value yourname/session-slug, and keep the script tag from the snippet in an Embed element or in the site's footer custom code.

Tips

Publishing with custom code on a live domain depends on your Webflow site plan, so confirm the snippet appears on the published page before announcing it.
If the calendar doesn't appear, switch to the plain iframe option from the same tab, which needs no script.
