Yes, Schedulera includes a contacts list that builds itself from your bookings automatically, with tags, notes, and export built in.
The list isn't something you build up manually. Every time someone books with you, Schedulera upserts a contact record keyed by their email, tracking how many times they've booked and the dates of their first and most recent session. Book with the same person twice and their history updates in place instead of creating a duplicate.
On top of that automatic base, you can add your own tags and notes, or add someone who hasn't booked yet so they're in the list ahead of time. Search covers the whole list, and export gets it out whenever you need it somewhere else.

No. A contact is created automatically the first time someone books with you, and updated on every booking after that. You can also add someone manually if you want them in your list before they book.
What gets tracked per contact?
Name, email, and phone if you've added it, plus total bookings and when they first and last booked. You can layer your own tags and notes on top.
Can I export my contacts?
Yes, your contact list can be exported so you're not locked into using it only inside Schedulera.
Does this cost anything?
No, contacts are part of the free plan with no cap on how many you can have.
