The structure deliberately keeps two things separate: the brand a client sees, and the calendar each team member actually controls. A company page presents one consistent front door, but under it every member connects their own calendar and manages their own availability, so nothing about individual scheduling changes just because it's presented as a team.
Round robin assignment is available for shared booking types, rotating fairly across whichever members are actually free, or clients can pick a specific person by name if that matters more than load balancing. The current limit is that round robin doesn't yet support recurring bookings; every other booking type works with it, and there's no per-seat pricing while the current version is free.

Yes. Turn it on for any shared booking type and each guest is assigned to whichever eligible member is actually free, rotating fairly across the pool. Recurring bookings don't support round robin yet; everything else does.
