Reminders work because most no-shows aren't malicious, they're forgetfulness plus the awkwardness of cancelling late. A reminder that arrives before the session solves the forgetting; a reschedule link built into that same email removes the awkwardness, since moving a session takes one click instead of an apologetic message.
The loop runs on its own: confirmation on booking, reminder before the session, a reschedule or cancel link in both, and a review request once it's over.
