The free plan is the full scheduling product, not a trial. Unlimited session types, calendar sync, recurring bookings, polls, reminders, reviews, and client payments are all included from your first booking, with no booking cap.
What is paid is AI, since every AI feature runs against a language model each time it is used: the Scheduling Assistant, the dashboard chat and calendar commands, and AI suggestions, drafts, recaps, and workflow steps. Team seats beyond one are paid too, since a company account is a different kind of usage than a solo host's page. Both are opt-in add-ons on top of the same free core.
Money between you and your own clients stays yours. Set a price on any session type, then connect Stripe to take card payments when someone books, or list Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or cash and mark each session paid when the money arrives. Schedulera adds no fee on top of Stripe's own processing fee.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Everything listed under Free is included, with no trial period, no credit card, and no booking cap.
What exactly does the AI plan add?
Every AI feature. The AI Scheduling Assistant negotiates and books meeting times on your behalf over email, SMS/WhatsApp, or Slack, using an alias tied to your inbox. In your dashboard you also get the AI chat, typed calendar commands, Smart Scheduling suggestions, AI email summaries and reply drafts, session recaps, and AI steps in workflows.
Do I need Company if I just want the AI assistant for myself?
No. AI includes the assistant for one person. Company is for teams: it includes everything in AI plus 5 seats and a company page listing your team.
Do my team members get AI on Company?
Yes. Everyone who joins your company gets every AI feature through your plan, including their own Scheduling Assistant, at no extra cost per seat.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe retries automatically for about two weeks. If it still fails, the account drops back to the Free plan and AI features turn off; your data and bookings are untouched.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings > Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I charge my own clients?
Yes, on every plan. Set a price on any session type, then connect Stripe so clients pay by card when they book, or list Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or cash and mark sessions paid yourself. Schedulera adds no fee on top of Stripe's processing fee.
