A confirmation email that arrives from "Schedulera" with a generic logo reads like a receipt from a tool. One that arrives from a name and a face the recipient recognizes reads like it came from the person they just booked. Every guest-facing booking email now does the second thing by default.
What changed
Confirmation, approval request, decline, cancellation, reschedule, reschedule proposal, and no-show follow-up emails now send as "{Host Name} via Schedulera" and show your own profile photo in the header in place of just the Schedulera wordmark. If you haven't set a photo, or it's stored in a format some inboxes strip, the email falls back to the wordmark automatically, so nothing ever renders broken.
Why it matters more than it sounds like it should
Booking emails are the most-opened piece of the whole scheduling flow, a guest reads the confirmation, then usually the reminder, then whatever comes next. Every one of those is a small trust check: does this look like it came from the person I actually booked. A recognizable name and face answers that instantly, the way passwordless guest management makes the rest of the guest experience feel like it belongs to you instead of to a generic tool.
Nothing to turn on
This isn't a setting, it reads directly from your existing profile name and photo. If your profile photo is set, your booking emails already look like this. Update your photo under Settings → Profile and every future email picks it up automatically.
One thing worth checking
Gmail and Outlook both strip a photo stored as a `data:` URI rather than a hosted image, which is the one case that falls back to the wordmark. If your emails aren't showing your photo, re-upload it from Settings → Profile so it saves as a proper hosted image instead. Start free and your next confirmation email will look like it came from you, because it did.
