Every confirmation email already carries a manage link scoped to that one booking, reschedule or cancel it, no account needed. That covers the common case well but has a real limit: it only knows about the booking it was sent for. A client with three sessions across two months and three separate emails had no single place to see all of them at once, until now.
What changed
From any booking's manage page, a guest can request a sign-in link sent to the email they booked with. Clicking it verifies that email in one step, no password to create or forget, and signs them into a lightweight account tied to every booking made with that address, past and upcoming, across every host and session type.
Why passwordless, specifically
A guest booking a session is not signing up for a product, they are trying to see a client of yours for an hour. Asking them to invent and remember a password for that is exactly the kind of friction client self-service scheduling already argues against for the booking flow itself. A magic link keeps the same philosophy: verification without a password, applied to the account layer instead of just the single manage link.
What a guest actually sees
- •Full booking history, not just the one confirmation they happened to still have in their inbox.
- •Reschedule or cancel any upcoming session from one place.
- •Nothing exposed that a lost confirmation email would not already have shown, the sign-in link only ever goes to the email address already on the booking.
For hosts, nothing to set up
This lives entirely on the guest side; there is no host setting to turn on. It sits alongside automated reminders and the existing manage link as one more piece of the booking experience that runs itself. Start free and your clients get it automatically from their next booking.
