Yes, Schedulera has group scheduling polls built in, and picking a winning time creates an actual booking, not just a note to schedule it later.
Every option on the poll is generated from your live availability rules at creation time, so nothing proposed to the group was already unavailable. Invitees vote at a public link with no sign-in, and you can cap how many "yes" votes any one option accepts if you're trying to fill a fixed number of spots rather than pick one winner.
Closing the poll doesn't just record a decision: Schedulera re-checks that the winning slot is still free and creates the real booking from it, with the same confirmations and calendar sync as any other booking.

The mechanics are similar — invitees vote on proposed times without an account — but the options come from your live availability, and picking a winner creates an actual booking on your calendar instead of leaving you to schedule it separately.
Can voters see who else voted?
By default yes, similar to most scheduling polls. Turn on 'hide participants' if you'd rather only show vote counts per option and keep individual choices private.
What happens if the winning time gets booked elsewhere before I close the poll?
Availability is re-checked the moment you pick a winner. If it's no longer free, you'll know before a booking is created instead of ending up with a conflict.
Does a poll cost anything?
No. Scheduling polls are part of the free plan, with no limit on how many you create.
