Yes, Schedulera supports RSVP events with capacity limits, optional guest approval, and host announcements, on top of its regular one-on-one booking pages.
Events track one guest list rather than one slot per booking, so a single event can hold as many guests as your capacity allows, with each one carrying their own status: invited, pending, approved, or declined with a reason you can see.
Requiring approval is useful when the location matters, since the exact address or video link stays hidden from a guest until they're approved. Once you're ready to send an update, a host announcement goes to everyone currently approved, so a decline or a pending guest never gets an email meant for people who are actually coming.

Yes. A booking is one guest, one time slot. An event is one time, many guests — a workshop, a class, a meetup — with its own guest list, capacity, and approval flow.
Can I keep the location private until I approve someone?
Yes. Turn on approval and a guest's status starts at pending; the address or video link only appears once you approve them, which is useful for things you don't want to publicly attach a location to.
What happens when the event fills up?
Once approved guests hit your capacity, further registrations are blocked automatically. There's no waitlist for events specifically yet — that exists for regular booking types.
Can I message everyone who RSVP'd?
Yes, with a host announcement. It goes out to every currently-approved guest as one send, and you can send more than one as the event gets closer.
