September 2026 brought the largest release we've shipped. Here are the highlights; the full list is in the changelog.
Every feature in it serves the same aim: taking the booking, reminding, and getting-paid work off the one-person business.
Get paid when clients book
Connect your own Stripe account and put a price on any session type. Clients pay by card when they book, and Schedulera holds a paid slot only once payment completes. Schedulera adds no platform fee; Stripe's standard processing fees apply. The Payments page shows your Stripe connection and every transaction.
Events
Create a one-off event, like a workshop, open studio, or recital, with a cover image and its own theme. Share it with a link, a share panel, or a QR code.
Calendars that stay in sync
- •Apple Calendar: full two-way iCloud sync, replacing the old read-only feed.
- •Conflict detection: when a new event lands on top of a confirmed booking, Schedulera proposes a new time for you.
- •Calendar privacy: sync your busy time without copying event titles into Schedulera.
- •Webex Meetings joins Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams as a meeting location. Our comparison of video options helps you choose.
More control over your booking page
- •Several lengths on one link: guests pick 30, 45, or 60 minutes themselves.
- •Meeting limits: cap how many bookings a session type takes per day, week, or month.
- •Flexible availability: hold time that a higher-priority booking link can still book over.
- •Intake forms with up to 10 custom questions, covered in our intake questions guide.
- •Customizable QR codes for your booking page, session types, events, and polls.
Smart Meetings
Set up a weekly 1:1 with another Schedulera host. It finds a time you're both free and moves itself when a conflict appears.
Paid plans
Every scheduling feature stays on the free plan. The AI plan ($9.95 a month) adds the AI Scheduling Assistant and the other AI features, including calendar commands like 'move my 3pm with Sarah to Friday afternoon'. The Company plan ($29.95 a month) adds team seats for up to five people.
Smaller improvements
Guides for these features
- •Take card payments when clients book, with your own Stripe account.
- •Accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle alongside cards.
- •Daily and weekly booking limits for demanding sessions.
- •Put your booking page on a QR code for print and in-person use.
- •Events: one-off workshops, open studios, and recitals.
How the paid plans fit:
The free plan has no catch: no trial, no booking cap, no credit card, and no Schedulera fee on top of Stripe. We make money when the AI saves someone real time, or when a team needs seats, which keeps our incentives aligned with the host.
- •Guided setup for new accounts: pick your link, profile, first session type, hours, calendar, and payments in a few steps.
- •Booking emails to guests come from your name and show your photo, as covered in our post on email branding.
- •Time analytics show where your week actually goes.
- •Polls and events can be edited after you publish them.
