How do I use Schedulera's AI scheduling agent?

Connect Gmail and turn on the AI Assistant in Settings → Integrations, then Cc your Schedulera alias into an email thread or message it directly on SMS, WhatsApp, or Slack, and it reads your real calendar and books the meeting once everyone agrees.

Steps

Turn it on
In Settings → Integrations, connect Gmail and turn on the AI Assistant. This creates a dedicated Schedulera alias for you.

Use passive mode
Cc your alias into any email thread already discussing a time, and it joins the conversation.

Or use delegated mode
Text, WhatsApp, or Slack the agent directly: “schedule a call with Mike this week,” naming who to meet.

It proposes real times
It checks your actual availability before suggesting anything, so nothing double-books.

It books once everyone agrees
A confirmed event lands on your calendar automatically, no one has to visit a page.

Tips

It's opt-in per thread, nothing is monitored unless you Cc it in.
Ask it for a session recap afterward and it'll turn your notes into a summary and action items.
