A group session shares one slot across several guests, for a workshop or class rather than a 1:1 call.
How do I set up group bookings and a waitlist in Schedulera?
Set a session type's capacity to more than one guest per slot, and once that slot is full, new guests can join a waitlist and are emailed automatically the moment a spot opens up.
Open a session type's settings
Group capacity is a setting on the session type itself, alongside duration and price.
Set the capacity above one
This is how many guests can book the same time slot before it's full.
Guests book normally
Each one books individually, but they all land in the same slot up to the capacity you set.
The slot fills up
Once capacity is reached, the slot stops accepting new bookings on your page.
New guests join the waitlist instead
They're offered a waitlist spot and emailed automatically the moment someone cancels and a seat opens.
A regular session holds one guest per slot; a group session holds however many you set as its capacity, all in the same slot.
No, Schedulera emails them automatically the moment a slot opens up.
